Qinxin is a technician at the Whitehead Institute and recent graduate of the University of California, Irvine in Neurobiology and Psychology.

Qinxin brings a rich background in behavioral neuroscience and mouse handling from her undergraduate research experiences in Tallie Baram’s lab at UC Irvine. She is currently contributing to research in the Hamilos Lab studying the neural basis of strategy in mice playing games where they have to discover hidden rules for winning rewards. Her gentle and caring approach with the mice helps her form trusting partnerships with them that ensures they can learn and do their best! Qinxin is a curious and passionate scientist and plans to pursue a PhD in neuroscience.
