Omkar is an undergraduate researcher and senior at MIT. He is a joint student with the Assad Lab at Harvard Medical School.

Omkar is working on two main projects: The first is an independent project developing new tools to robustly spike sort data from high density electrophysiology probes (check out his cool figure, above!). The second is developing dynamical systems and biophysical models of basal ganglia circuits. He intends to pursue a PhD after graduation.
