Omkar was an undergraduate researcher in the Hamilos while he studied at MIT. He is currently a PhD student in biomedical engineering at UCSF/Berkeley

Omkar worked on two main projects: The first was an independent project developing new tools to robustly spike sort data from high density electrophysiology probes (check out his cool figure, above!). The second was developing dynamical systems and biophysical models of basal ganglia circuits.
